will have weakness when doing small actions like typing but now better. but u can still feel the difference

and if u over exert like do exercise (not pcc la, real push ups etc), after that can feel the strength is only 70-80% there compared to right arm

coz im a bit ambidextrous so i do a lot of things with left hand... and in some situations, left hand is stronger and more flexible

but coz of that day i tulan my colleague i went to crazy exercise until now cui
