Very quiet today, both me and my colleague see 9 healthcheck pt each and another saw 27 GP pt.

Usually a lot more, dunno why so quiet today.

Then went to 2 private clinic very fast my turn so u r not alone

I went to a clinic.  I was number 26.  It was number 14.  I waited over 1.5 hours.  Only one GP

My clinic business down so my supervisor Dr try to bring in higher margin medicines and vaccines like TruRadiance, saxenda, rybelsus, RSV vaccine.

I got 2 pt plus myself on saxenda already , he say I good at selling.

But today kena complaint from one BMI 32 pt who felt I was hardselling and ignoring her paronychia complaint. Sigh.

Even paid for my mum to get the expensive RSV vaccine also.
