New Seletar MRT Line by 2040, my terrace huat ah!

Just announced that there will be a new Seletar MRT line. It passes through Seletar, and my place is in Seletar Hills estate nearby so my freehold terrace should go up in value. Huat ah!

I think like that maybe I don't semiretire in 3 years to hold on to the property.

But then with so many MRT lines underground, I am also afraid of a manmade earthquake in future.

I keep escaping and moving when mrt lines are built near me but still mrt station follow me wherever I move to.
