If u wan more 正统one. Try Chinatown Zhao He Qing TCM. Counter staff a bit feisty but she is nice to patients who are nice.

If u wan a weird one. My colleague says the chiropractor put hand over your body can sense and identify where is the source. It sounds unscientific but my colleague's wife is healed from pain after a few sessions.

Panadol can act as pain killer

If u have no medication allergy, can try Arcoxia/etoricoxib. Can help tank the pain from inflammation but don't eat too many days, bad for kidneys.

Brufen/ibuprofen also same class if u don't have the first option. Recommend to eat a gastric protection med like Omeprazole first, wait half hour then eat brufen. Don't eat too many days.

If u eat Arcoxia, don't eat brufen at the same time. Same class, will lead to overdose.

Panadol can eat together with any of the mentioned above cos different class. But probably don't work as effective as the above meds when it comes to targeting inflammation, but it can be a good add on.
