ya, we were looking at a new development at pandan recently... they gonna build a direct road to EDL

property wise need to see developer, some dun need rm1 million

Hope to retire there with S$9k or rm30k passive mthly income after 3 years SSD over and we can sell our Sg freehold terrace for profit.

Kids can stay with us till 34 years old. They can marry and apply MM2H themselves.

We can stay with our 2 boys' families and look after grandkids.
