actually the other time i got say. they act like they care TFR is low.

actually they dont. they alr know no matter what it takes the smarter ones have few or no kids.

so they pretend again to do such shit to buy votes from those certain people and not so smart people, or to have that nudge for those who want to have 1 or 2 kids

should make childcare cheaper + milk powder cheaper. then living expenses subsidy, grants. and cheaper bigger flats

say u got 0 kids u have xxx amt of grants
if u got 1, u get this, 2 u get this, then 3 and more grants and subsidy or what

but they know if they do this those people will keep giving birth again also

the other time i already say a damn super ultra good solution liao. means testing. parents must be of a certain income and above to qualify for these higher benefits...... this will weed out leechers

end of the day it's cheaper and easier to import. they get to choose to approve which application. u cannot choose which group gives birth in sg and gives birth to smart kids

 Govt don't care about tfr since they have a ready pool of aliens to import. having known that a group who is willing to keep giving birth to kids, this allows the govt to justify the import of aliens from other sources to moderate the CMIO numbers.
