Could be device banned. Hwz does do device ban where your account is still ok, but you can't access because they ban every single device you used for logging in.

Only thing is that method of theirs take time for their code to kick in, so if you login with new browser, if you don't open new tab or minimise the browser, you'll be able to surf.

As for how I know they use device related information to block you? Tested that even with new browser plus you don't login, the moment you visit their website plus minimise browser or open new tab and you go back to the webpage, it will show not available already and nothing you do will change it till you use a new browser

Not spam atk for sure, I only log in to one device, forever using that same browser without having to relogin again.

If anything Hwz is the one who forced me to spam them

No idea honestly, I wasn't even very active at that point of time. What I know for sure is it's non of the 3 you mentioned

Not for my case.

My acc itself wasn't ban, I had to spam them with new browser login for 2 weeks plus when for whatever reason they decide to not block me after.

After they remove the restriction on their end, my original login browser, which is safari on my iPhone can load the website without issue anymore.

No device patching throughout that period, the part where I mentioned that no login they also auto block me can prove for sure they tracking it via device.

And ya definitely not ip ban also, it's only a phone that move around Singapore after all.

Mine literally can't even load the hwz webpage once they detected my device. Was sometime in later half of 2024.

Account wasn't ban for my case mostly due to no good reason ban officially and they're linked to sph so they can't outright ban when they can't answer for it.
