Why can't useless PAP think of out of the box solutions?

We have an aging population. Why can't the pap goons think of flexi jobs for seniors?

All those jobs like gardeners (at changi airport), security, admin... are dignified jobs for seniors. Give options of 3/4 days work week so that they can work part-time and still enjoy retirement, and stay active.

So many such jobs under stat boards, gov agencies, gov linked companies.

No need to pick cardboards or what and reduce reliance on foreigners.

Gov so elitist. Elderly are slow and not efficient. Gov want cheap, young and efficient workers
