Actually rly feel old liao. V hard to do many things. Frankly dunno how to survive older age at work at play and everything.

Easier to get injured and more clumsy esp over past few yrs less exercise

i overexercise until feel the vein or what pop then i nv go fix...... think nv fix properly until now then i go see both TCM tuina and TTSH
