that's wat they do in the old days..
just fry the skin get the oil then add salt to the skin jhj..

den use oil to fry other things

bu ke yi one...... u eat maybe 5 pieces max u sian liao. u dont want to waste, i suggest u go buy mashed potato tmr and coleslaw or make ur own then mix

ur mum probably eat 1-2 pieces then dowan liao

eat the chicken skin like that sounds nice but in reality is very er xin one. i tried it like last yr or sth



will i buy again? maybe if i got a huge tub of mashed potato then i put in meat and also coleslaw. but very unlikely to eat as snack

last time when young i dreamed of eating turkey coz we got suckered by western culture. then young time no chance to eat and turkey is actually quite ex mah.

then my mum told me the turkey so big sure tastes like shit and dry one

last time no internet mah, then i keep on gian eating it. then first time i ate in army or outside during buffet........... then i realised my mum was right

any chicken is nicer than turkey........ actually u should try salt baked chicken. i also think i know how to make to mimic the taste.

they used a bit of herbs and marmite nia............ then u can go steam it a while to cheat then go bake (also can direct bake la)

sure taste better than any shit turkey out there

Chicken feet (not braised) taste good meh? I'm sure braised turkey will taste alright.
