hmm i think 2024 i didnt rly meet any goals

2025 i hope to set some goals... exercise more and try to make and find money

I dun set specific goals too

Eg. For health /cardio, I just try to jog weekly and I managed to hit 200km this year. I din set a target, just happened to see that it's nearing 200km so I chiong a bit since Dec. Not a lot I know but just round nunber

Just go for walks loh. Cannot run 2.4,walk 2.4. Climb stairs and do push ups too
