no i put myself as living away from here so should get same package as my rich aunt and uncle, since their children not living with them

just write a letter of authority to whom it may concern ask chiur father to sign to deal with this matter only.

otherwise chiu need to do Power of attoney which need lawyer / lo koon certification. this one can deal with all matters on behalf of chur father
