Actually why Stephen Chow no more make movies like those he made in the past

the recent works all kind of like shit tbh......... those with him as director or producer or actor

the last good one imo was actually shaolin soccer, but even that used a lot more CGI

kungfu is not too bad but his acting changed somehow and ok la the other actors all are not bad but the 风格 changed

still watchable but a lot of people say until damn nice. the 食神 i also dont feel so nice tbh but people praise to heavens

now totally no make movies then hongkong now is just louis koo and andy lau making movies

CJ7 i find it very very normal and avg, he start to stay away from funny shows liao. CJ7 was cute the young actress was ok in acting but i really find it a very average film not funny at all

he trying to be philosophical liao

then now the HK market all is those rubbish remakes Lee Rock (吕乐) by louis koo, andy lau, nicky cheung and donnie yen)

same old shit rehashed and remake......... but way worse than 90s tbh.

and louis koo keep churning out rubbish shit and hes getting old, same like andy lau. even the sean lau also seldom act and francis ng nv act so much

the new gen is totally shit.......... 扶不起. im talking about Raymond Lam and Bosco Wong's gen (which is around my age)...... and they too are getting old but their acting and the script also total shit liao

dont even talk about the even younger gen. totally no 演技 no 内涵

seems a nice show, but the lead actor is also Stephen Chow gen one

ah tiong movies i only find the wang bao qiang funny sometimes but sometimes he tries too hard also. the other guy the dunno what in the 我不是药神 is not too bad but his comedy really not always funny.........

and wang bao qiang is not even young also, early/mid 40s liao

i think their 笑点........... not even 3/10

even tiong's old actors/production also better

the new one all look like gay f4 koreans tbh with no acting chops. even the fighting all is CGI. tall and fair and cant act and afraid to be hurt.

even the last time taiwan F4 their acting way better than this gen of gays

Must be of certain age to get his movies

There is a saying that younger audience watch his movies as comedies, older audience see them as tragedies
