This has zero impact on the govt agencies. The masking only applies to private organizations. Civil service follows a different protocol. In other words, "Do as I say, not as I do" is the culture of the govt agencies.

i dont think they do in the short term unfortunately. many things dont seem to be properly thought up currently.
