Moi was aiming to retire before 50 but it got extended to before 60.

your income so high. u qualify for singles? oh so u must buy alone 3 room or 4 room right? i rem u say u want 4 room only

and u live somewhr near central right

so with these requirements and u want a newer flat means 1m and above, i estimate your CPF currently 200k+ minimally that can be used

and you will probably plough 100k for the cash portion. then minimal renovations, if any, of about 30-50k

anyway just the HDB portion you will probably still owe about 500-600k upwards for loan
