I went to a ex classs full of young ladies and one of the doc fr a country u all don't like told me she eats some  fruits one of them is umla gooseberry n herbs
She hvt got Covid fr the day she worked till 1-2 months she left high risk wards (Covid ward)

She then transfer to general services n sometimes took lesser herbs n she caught it there then later

I think it got to do with yr immunity and how u eat 🤗
