It is no joke hving to pay the meds.

Now too stressed w handling hiring, letting go poor quality FWs that want high pay, work less, blackmail with job hopping or pay increase... 
If moi succeed bringing down BP, will advise ppl on how to do it here.

The work stress probably added onto the HBP. If u interested, u can try read up on fasting to reduce BP, and exercising. These 2 methods worked for some people.
