i every time loon her, 2 weeks ago i blasted her then she made some sarcastic remarks. i will just say here. she gave an analogy about a little boy and buying his toy car when i asked about budget and savings.

it's an obvious insult even her coworker understood what she was saying - she was insinuating that i looked young and inexperienced and im small sized even though im still taller than her but wow her insult is obvious as fuck.

shes a disgusting human being dont u think so?

basically if let's say you are ugly. or small sized or look like small boy or maybe whatever like fat or smelly she use that to say some stupid analogy that does not make any sense. it's an open, personal attack directed at me.

i never ever ever in my entire life used this against anyone. this is totally unprofessional and childish. maybe we will do so when we are in primary school, or secondary school.  this is a clear case of workplace bullying

just recently, my technical knowledge and understanding was proven. last time i asked about a solution, she just said - what is that? never heard of it. u know what ure talking about or not? - i kept quiet because i wasnt very sure and didnt want to quarrel with her


recently someone else mentioned that solution and she tiam tiam. i will just say it here also. the thing is cloning hard disk. she said she never hear of this term before. LOL, then u work similanjiao IT?

i dont wan to blow this up because later if others get to know about it also look bad on me and they feel i cant "take these people in hand"

u know before this incident she do many small little 小动作 to say me. find ways to undermine me whenever i make a small mistake. whenever i catch her making mistakes i tiam tiam and dont want to make her look bad, but she will take every damn opportunity to get back at me.

actually  she is the most useless in her team also despite being the team lead


and before this latest incident, just 3 days ago i cleared her shit, stood up for her team and went against my own dept.

and i shot my own dept's people higher level until they tiam tiam and also cannot find words to say against me. got 1 higher up want to 抢功劳

i jitao shoot him and also defended her even though she was 50% wrong. i did so coz i also buay song the other team in my own dept. by doing so i made enemies in my own dept.

i also stood for her because i thought this can resolve some issues and make her not aim me or aim me less. i didnt need to defend her but i did so to show that i can take sides and defend when i want to, and hopefully to foster relations to make it less tense

but if i could stand up against my side and make them shut up until dont counter, she thinks i will let her off.

just 3 days after that incident (about 2-3 weeks ago) she suddenly did this shit.

anyway i nv go up to her boss, but this Tues, i talked her to her colleague and said im damn pissed. I also said this matter if escalate up will not be at their level or at their bosses level, but let's talk at 2-3 levels above and at HR. Her colleague (also a girl) used to defend her. and this girl is way nicer and does way more work and heavy lifting and the technical aspects.


i really mean business, there's a line no one should cross. she crossed it multiple times. i warned her colleague. i dont care if she go tell her and she wants to wage war with me.

im prepared to put my job and life on the line. if she wants to play i assure u i will make her regret even if it means i have to die with her (literally and figuratively)

she really totally disrespect me until nothing left and totally unprofessional. totally 100% she is at fault

now is coz of the project i dont want to stir further. but i already made it known liao, there will not be a next time.

i wanted to kao peh, but definitely not demand apology, because whether i get that apology is up to her and her boss and whether i accept it is another thing altogether.

for me it's more about looks (i look damn young + my voice sounds like a teenager), size wise yes im small but a lot of people are shorter or smaller sized but she dare not aim them coz they higher rank (i joined late).

and that time because i felt sian about the project hence i slacked for about 3 mths (for her predecessor), so i was in the wrong and admitted. but after that i really did more than do my part of the job liao.

but it's also because of this admission that she finds ways and means to pick on me, thinking it's her trump card

we are same ranked.

she feel she can makan me, because so far i tiam tiam and let her win, dont shoot her in front of contractors or my dept or her dept... for the past 1yr+ even when i got the prerogative and means to.

but after the confrontation 3 weeks ago when i blasted her and after her stupid analogy now she stopped her antics for 2-3 weeks, but when i went her dept this Tues she purposely dont want to see or acknowledge me.

Actually this Tues, I arranged for a meeting with her and her boss and wanted to confront them and scold her in front of the boss and threaten to bring it up 3 or 4 levels higher to management and HR level. but then the boss thought it's a casual meeting and asked me to meet him at the meeting room where there were other teams and people around so not so appropriate thats why i only talked about work during the meeting instead and steered away from this topic.


all i can say is past 1 yr+ i let her have her way to subtly poke, nudge, insult, insinuate things at me, but 3 weeks ago that incident even her colleague knows she crossed the line


thats why now i have advantage i keeping it only. she knows i dare to shoot her back because i shoot someone 2 levels higher (my own dept), and i protected her boss (2 levels higher) not too long ago

actually it's only coz i joined late that's why i 2 levels lower else i would be her boss's level

i hold on only, she knows that now i wont let her off liao that's why i dont want to escalate further and make it look bad on me in the longer term
