Actually I wanna know one thing about 7th month burning.  Why can't they have centralised one like maybe only one spot per entire estate?

What is the logic behind burning below the blocks?  Is it because it's supposed to be near the home?  But no one is burning Long the corridor - if the only reason why it's not being done is the law, then maybe laws can be enforced to have a central burning area and not any convenient grass patches

I don't live near the ground floor so I am not really inconvenienced but I feel for those on the lower floors
