Kinda happened to me and my colic in 2 separate cases

Both of us also complained to higher up in calm composed manner but higher ups dun seem interested in office politics and work relationships. They prefer to have the work done and that's it which I also understand. They are running a biz after all.....

actually i nv say im going to aim her. i just told them she crossed the line multiple times and im not going to tolerate her nonsense anymore

im not afraid of arguments or fights, those who know me, know i mean it. but we all know it's very tiring

but shes taking me as her personal bitch. coz she not as zai as her colleague and i always let her win, she uses it to say shit about me, very unprofessional during a meeting
