Yah. Personally witnessed an able bodied ceca demand a mrt seat (not priority seat) from another person (already seated) . Foreigners are indifferent to the concept of priority seating. Even if an individual is already seated in a non priority seat, they will still request that the seat be offered to them.

I know one guy sort of avoided another fren when the fren's mum tio cancer. When talk about food and travelling he very vocal but when the fren start to share his
