I made one last yr .. it's a bit difficult to get used to initially.. after u get used to it..if Ur bruxism is not serious can alternate on / off days

On days can put mouth splint
Off days ZZ more relaxed...mostly no diff

hosting for the forums just came up. need $400+ per yr hais

if bruxism doc say only need wear when we hv it
For me it s at night so I put on say all even nights
Or maybe all odd nights of date
If too much bruxism or tooth grind can put every night

My case only top layer of tooth

Btw I m slightly top tooth like a cliff vs bottom
So I put the mouth splint / mouth gard really can act as 暴牙酥
I think cos one alr not most 100% comfy(maybe 5% not used to it )  if both means more difficult to
Adjust to something extra in yr mouth
