Suggest to avoid cheap econ bee hoon stall fried chicken wings

Ever since I'm more aware of food safety. I had encounters seeing pinkish chicken meat in the chicken wing. In the 2 encounters I always ask for change to other fried items. Since the other chicken wings should be same condition, cooked same batch.

Both encounters, the sellers gave excuses said everywhere is the same. That is not the case.

When I visit tenderfresh chicken, mc wings, geylang bahru western chicken wing and, ock, tip top. Their chicken wings will be well cooked, no pink parts seen.

I realise if wan to eat chicken wing, must go those specialty stores like the above mentioned. Else may subject to food poisoning.

The bhoon stall i frequent no such issue. It's the skill of these hawkers
Even encik tan also encounter before. Chicken cutlet Crispy outside inside pinkish
Manhattan also encounter before. Outside crispy hot inside raw ask for change no question asked.

in sg boh pian rah all frozen one.. if use fresh jiken wing nose such problem

If they dunno how to cook properly shouldn't put the risk on buyers

Does this give them the excuse to serve pinkish meats 

I know it's difficult but I also know it can be done. Tenderfresh done it well.

either slowly cook with small fire or faster cook with big fire

of coz save taim is use  big fire
