Enlist girls.

Give them a 6 weeks modified bmt without the punishment and haircut and can book out every day.

Just learn weapons handling and firing, basic section movement, fibua, unarmed combat, simple first aid dressing and cpr.

Then a 2 months operational training as a medic, admin, store or signaller. Those that have the interest and fitness can opt for certain combat vocations.

Reservist is just one week a year as a refresher. Again can outpro every day.

So it is more like learning new skills for them. Imagine if every citizen can fire a weapon and know first aid.

they dun even need to go serve in combat roles... cb so many of them princess syndrome, just go be medic/nurses or other support roles like CQ or cookhouse

Not wrong but this will never happen despite what pap claims.

A more plausible way would be modified bmt/operational/reservist for women.

This would lighten the political backlash and reduce operational issues.

I think having women serve for such a long time would increase the risk of sexual crimes in the camps lol

So better to start with small batches of women that are hopefully trained mostly by women.

And honestly I also don't want women to go 'oh we serve ns too and hv to go through childbirth'.

The self entitlement wld be through the roof.
