One day JB will become "the shenzhen" whilst sg will become "the hongkong". Public housing prices is a good indicator of this.  JB stands a good chance to overtake sg because it has the land and is geographically very close to SG.  I don't see what sg has to offer that is better than JB besides safety and a more pro business govt (than MY).

I am all for returning trays though. I did that before the government initiated the returning tray campaign.

I m for it provided it voluntarily and there r return tray spaces .. if there overcrowded I ll leave it behind .. ppl ll come clear when they free .. its ok ...
