Yes.  But it's gonna be inconvenient

Use ceiling fan

Sleep at void deck.  For some reason void decks are cooler.  Seems like wind is funneled there.

One human quite manageable about 6-9 mths in sg now
When I was a kid .. mostly no ac is ok

Now 3-4 ppl sleep in one not v spacious room and not so well ventilated want for ac is understandable but they need to make it sustainable in terms of cost 😣

3-5 times a day considered quite multiple alr
Can't be one two human alws hoarding the bathroom , other ppl need go too

Cos 4 family members

N eczema ppl should keep skin clean n dry
Mostly possible in lower temp eg 25-28 deg c
But 29-3x is too heaty for eczema flare ups
Too much water 🚿 the skin will be robbed of skin epidermis human natural oils n the skin will become more brittle n more itch prone ...
Lkk got plenty of eczema experience
