Which tote bag should I choose from ??

I am looking at 3 different tote bags, not sure which one should I buy.

Bag 1:
- Cheapest (assume is $10)
- Material: Cotton mix rayon
- Size: W34×H36×D11cm
- Zipper at the opening
- Can hand carry or over either side of shoulder

Bag 2:
- More expensive (assume is $40)
- Material: Canvas
- Size: W45×H35×D16cm
- Button snap at the opening
- Can hand carry or over either side of shoulder
- Adjustable strap, can also carry across the shoulder

Bag 3:
- Most expensive (assume is $45)
- Material: Polyester
- Size: W36×H38×D12cm
- Zipper at the opening
- Has a small carrying pouch within the bag (fold the bag into the pouch if wanna use the pouch)
- Cannot hand carry
- Adjustable strap, can carry over the shoulder or across the shoulder
