issue is after the impact..

question is huai chiu said chiu contain the oil spill but yet the oil steel can spread to sentosa or even to east coast park?

did they really confirm they contain the oil spill? if so huai leak? someone boh choh kang? this need investigation. not the collision

A leak is still a leak.

Containment means they prevented more than the 1st leak out before being contained.

U teach me how u control oil on sea water movement during this period without it breaking up into different patches floating with the tide in out easterly direction.

If u can teach 100% no leak, sirely can recommend u to ministar chee hong tat can make u psa chief pilot.

Maybe others can comment but I think while tide and waves can be predicted, it is also inexact.  Also there are probably a lot of "rules" that need to be followed.
