What should i do with 100k cash?

I'm in my early 30s and have no investment knowledge. I am very risk adverse due to what has happened

I bought several ILPS when I started out working (I should not have trusted my insurance agent)
I have already lost $30k from withdrawing from Syfe because I was worried I would lose all my money (I realized that I should not have and should have waiting for the market to go up before withdrawing) and lost $20k on some China bond fund that my banker introduced to me.
I feel really stressed because of all my poor decisions. For the sake of FIRE, I would like to start investing again perhaps on ETFs. But again, I'm worried of losing my hard earned money again, or would it be better to just park in bank and get the interest? I'm conflicted. Any suggestions?
