Hired enough perm staffs le. So most ppl tio ended contract suddenly.

Contract just kena cut like that lor.... Before the contract period is up.

did they pay chiu out for the rest of the contract 

for eg if chiur contract with them end at May 31 2024 but they ask you to leave at May 1 2024, they have to pay chiu till May 31.

Contract was until 01/2025

I ask the HR directly for extension. They say either I convert to their full time staff, or their perm part timer (salary delay more than 2 months). They dun wan hire independent contractor liao. Budget issues.

My agent knowing about us kena terminated says, it's a fair trade since we also can give them 2 weeks notice period. They can also give me 2 weeks notice period.

No they never pay us. We worked 2 weeks after receiving the notice.



The contract details says this:
The Associate is required to complete this entire contract assignment as stipulated. Either party may terminate this contract of employment by giving the other party 2 weeks' written notice or by paying a sum equivalent to 2 weeks of your service fee in lieu of notice.




Some agent manage to nego with the HR to extend the contractor's contract period, or get a deployment. My agent is new and quite green to this. She tried texting but no news.

I don't care liao. Just leech on my Mum at home for the time being lo. And look out for sideline opportunity. The part time job is tiring anyway.
