Doesnt matter they just want to ban whoever breaks rules or posts controversial stuff that is close to breaking rules.

The admin there totally don't care about the mods abusing their powers in fact the admins  often  come in to defend the mods

another way is i already type wot on it liao which is reject your valid report against a user/simply delete the person's posts that u reported so as to destroy evidence.
But he will be quick to infract u if u kena reported.
