Coming from the POV if i were a Msian, i would say they will reap a lot of benefits for Msians, if proper measures were set up......... they can learn from SG to ban Msians or make them pay to go in like Singapore

if they do this move SG honestly kena hong kan unless cooperate with them. retirees all those will have more reasons to buy forest city, and MY govt will lower prices, stuffs etc to lure people in to trap them with mortgage, debts and gambling and gaming (like resorts world)

if they can do just 2/3 as well as SG in managing our RWS and MBS, our gaming and tourism sure cui. it really depends on how well Anwar and his govt does this

imagine u save $150 + 1 bet say RM 20 or 25 or 50, Singaporeans can bet 3.5x more and play 3.5x longer

even if reduce to 2x, also better than SG, really will give us super serious competition.... alongside with cheaper properties, produce etc


and can also sell cheaper durians etc to sucker people in, really is one tonne of shit to do, from work to play to invest.

SG become very specialized like tertiary industry like banking now and all the best elites all come here but spend there.... and govt here only

all the primary, secondary industries all go over msia........actually no primary, but more like those printing, oil refining, light and heavy industries all go there.

like suzhou, but even more integrated.......... basically can suck all our monies and our FTs monies there because SG is pretty much overdeveloped

ya they must appease genting. so maybe instead of 1, they might actually give 2 - 1 to genting another to another operator, why not? since JB is bigger than SG

I feel this one totally trapping SG

they made us build the RTS and we pay for it and now they are trying to lay traps
