he is aquitted it's not ended for him yet as they may charge him again with same offence in future.. depends on coroner findings to have it triggered.

I have different views from edmw.  Basically the judge has to judge according to the law.  Not meant for emotions to come into play.

Sometimes we allow emotions to come into play hence we are not objective.  Cos in court, everything requires proof.  In social media, tiagong is sufficient.

Not necessarily need good lawyer la but also know what to say la.

Imagine the prosecutor ask you the first question on what happened and the first words were "lim pei ka li gong". Contempt of court liao before even the first evidence comes out

i do feel, in view of this his license should be revoked also and re-assessed for driving suitability

cannot be AGC refused to press charges then can let off scot free even though he himself admitted he has health issues
