You eat supplement or TCM for body improvement??

Supplements eat in moderation la. No need everyday la.

For eg Monday eat multivit, other days eat something else, alternate days fish oil, alternate days probiotics. Rest 2 days a week without any supplements.

just take extra in case normal intake is not enuff

That's why should still take some multivit in case missing out anything. Just don't go overboard, so won't overdose.

Not that difficult. I understand if ppl say exercise is difficult and time consuming but including fruits and vegetables in diet is easy

Just have fruits after meals loh. I normally have grapes, longans or oranges after meals. Easy to eat, dun need to cut. Some ppl say must consume fruits 1 hr before meals but that is another story for another day. Also, having fruits is better than not having any at all
