You know, many years ago I wanna buy oil stocks.  Cos I reason if oil prices rise, pump prices may rise but I earn.  If oil prices fall, I lose in stock value but pump prices fall

Then I realise in Singapore and only in Singapore can oil prices fall and pump prices rise
