Supplement is man made one is it?
I only eat fish oil one..
Then I eat those herbs , natural 豆類 etc to improve my organs especially kidney . . U all leh ?

I prepare warm drinks or food with natural ingredients that are good for digestive organs and kidney. . I don't really trust the western side on supplements because I don't know what they add inside. These kind of things not even present in 1800s or 1900s

Had fish oil, vit c, moringa powder, garlic pills etc at some point of my life
I duno if they work anot but nowadays I rather have fruits, vegetables and exercise more. It's not the troublesome, also cheaper cheaper and natural

Not taking regularly but I take fish oil, vitamin C sometimes. Then I forget abt it/ lazy to take and then it expires. Hahaha
I take probiotics now. Sachet, kimchi or milk kefir. Most impt for me is can poo poo regularly
Supplements eat in moderation la. No need everyday la.
For eg Monday eat multivit, other days eat something else, alternate days fish oil, alternate days probiotics. Rest 2 days a week without any supplements.

That's why should still take some multivit in case missing out anything. Just don't go overboard, so won't overdose.

Not that difficult. I understand if ppl say exercise is difficult and time consuming but including fruits and vegetables in diet is easy
Just have fruits after meals loh. I normally have grapes, longans or oranges after meals. Easy to eat, dun need to cut. Some ppl say must consume fruits 1 hr before meals but that is another story for another day. Also, having fruits is better than not having any at all
