yr meal times or timing of yr food also after ur wake hours. Ideally for my personal experience..'if I want to wake by X timing .. if I eat sthg say 2-4 days at x hour ... next few days my body will remb it and I'll wake e same time to the food timing

My guess is at holidaying u feel the stress or the to do list stress is gone so u zzz and wake at the needed time than the unwanted hr
