Saw old HK show. I illegal to increase price or reduce quantity when the shop face increase rent, shortchanged customer.

Farnie ppl can't think it's rent seeking country & rent is considered non productive unit for economy. Reduce rent or token rent since hawker centre built using taxpayers & give back to taxpayers.
