Like those envelope received in letters for return mail purposes, can I just strike out all the details and use it as a normal envelope for my mailing ?

just strike out all the not relevant info then can using liao

main thing is to let the reciever noe that it's not the company sent the mail but chiu.

making company pay for chiur for personal use mail is not correct.
