My Google Pixel 9 phone battery health is still at 100% after 145 charge cycles

My Google Pixel 9 phone which I bought last year October 2024 still have 100% battery health after running 145 battery charges cycles. Is this normal or abnormal.

1st Charge: 26 October 2024
Total Battery Charge Cycles count:145
Battery health: 100%

Google Pixel 9 phone have a 1000 battery charges cycles counts before it battery health drop to 80% but why battery health is still at 100% despite running 145 battery charges cycles, I thought should be 98% going 97%
