This Myanmar salad noodle is called chicken Nan gyi thoke. Chicken noodle salad. Very ho jiak. $6 for the noodle with half an egg. The other 2 eggs I bring from home.
Soup is peppery n nice, the veg should be mao gua.
Peninsula plaza lvl 3, store name if I rmb correct should be Ye yint.

Actually quite expensive if I never bring my own eggs. The spices used are very nice, main ingredients Chickpea powder, chilli oil, onion, parsley etc.
