i think will have business. it's still on outskirts of orchard road. my friend lives at bras basah this will be a new option for her to shop for sure

then nearby still got other houses, condos etc. in the vicinity if people want cheap choices they will go there

for sure will have biz and i think will be quite popular. i see things usually  v zhun one

the one at paya lebar kinex(?) then im not so entirely sure liao. but also have apartments around and some people dont mind walking there.

but i thought the paya lebar quarter also last time have giant and i rem got sheng siong now changed to scarlett right?

Paya lebar there got 3 shopping centres, each got 1, ntuc, giant and Seng song... Although I dont remember seng song though.
