In general, your teeth when come into contact with sugars will start to spoil.

If u eat sweets a bit a bit every now and then, throughout the day, increasing the contact period of sugars on your teeth, it will spoil faster.

If u one shot eat all the sweets that u have within a few minutes for the day, your teeth spoiling slower rate. Because your teeth contact with sugars only that few minutes.

Lesser sugar contact period, Lesser spoiling.

Yes my point did not include the sugar spike because I'm just stating the tooth decay will occur more if u eat sweets say every hour. Compare to one shot eat all the sweet within 10 min. The sugars will cause acid formation which will decay the teeth. So lesser contact with sugars the better.

Why must u mention sodium to when I'm talking about sugars and tooth decay? Of cos if don't eat so much sweets it's better for health ma. If u can't get what I'm driving at it's ok bro.

Tigers teeth also like this furthermore they never brush teeth like us. but they only 10 years life span so they will die before teeth spoil

I don't really trust dentist now after so many dollars to their pockets & gum still don't heal....They keep on scaling , charging high & ate just technicians, not healers or doctors..

Not really. There are many people teeth corrode before they die that's why so many go for dental or even issued dentures.

Dont misunderstand. I don't read as you are selling anything. It's just sharing my many encounters with the dentist. I am not trusting dentist since I hear directly from the dentist if I do my own manual scaling, they have no rice bowl.

As for sugar, just brush daily....Use salt sometimes. It's a natural healing agent.

Ya I also never visit dentist for many years. I know some of them will sell unnecessary stuffs or procedure to earn something.
