The menu varies depending on what seafood ingredient he can get for the day.

Some days got the onsen braised egg

Some days got salted egg some like I don't like

Some days fried fish cake, no steam one, some days both also have.

Braised pork belly sure have but if u want fatty one is see luck.

Pig skin also depending

If u like eat fish then u sure gian one cos the fish here cheap n good.
Most of the other regulars always eat fish. I personally don't order whole fish cos scare bones.

I think the Greg eats youtube got intro the stall before. U can check out his review.

I intro him one long time ago to go hongling there do the few stalls.

Yea if fish is fresh (non fried) n I got time then I d enjoy hvg fish esp if ppl recommend
