just simple maths for examples... i dunno the actual number

say for example:
buy 2 rm bto with $2000 monthly repayment OR
buy 3 rm lesale with $3000 monthly repayment

say chiu can afford the 2000/m for 2rm but not 3000/m for 3rm

but rook again..
chiu can buyed the 3rm lesale, rent out 1 br for 1000/m chiu can meet the repayment oredi
