anyone new power meter spoil b4?

spoil liao how they count your usage?

hopefully they can't count then free electricity till they fix it...

can on aircon everyday :s13:

itz not abt kind or notch. it's about whether they are fair and justified in what they have billed you.

can they prove that chiu are actually billed for wat chiu use? wat if chiu are billed moar?
