I know of at least a dozen of such couples. But on the other end, I also know quite a few couples who are first time parents in their late 30s or early 40s

From what I observed hor, normally girls will change their mind after marriage once their maternal instinct kicks in. It's the guys who prefer to be childless

ya i know quite a few also, cb every couple of weeks go short getaway, every few months go long holidays

my close friend is a DINK. she's a VP at a bank, husband also quite high flyer. both in late 30s. live in 2 bedroom FH condo along east coast area.

every 3-4 months can see them go holiday one. life jin shiok.

in the other hand, we got another friend in same group, late 30s and just had a 2nd child. struggling to handle 2 kids.

its just life.

If wanna bring a kid or 2 out, make sure Chiu can give them headstart w a house each since our country is giving them debt of 30 yrs loan.
Better to give 2 each so stay in one, rental income & no stress to find job.

True and have children early. Late 30s early 40s no physical and mental strength liao

I know of a couple who did that, they have 2 children. But they also own 2 properties so 1 child each
