Last time i every night drink teh with friend in oz. Coz used to it liao so we still can sleep.

Now if drink will also insomnia. Probably will take weeks to adjust

Yes I am quite sensitive to caffeine. Teh c kosong in coffeeshop also will make me lose sleep if drink after 12pm in noon.

I 3.30am then knock out this morning.
