Before deep scaling, they made me signed the teeth will be drilled off, the gums will be drilled off hence receding gums. Now I know can diy with own dental kit. No anesthesia, know when to stop & tartar still can come out. The deeper they drilled, the nerve exposed, hence sensitivity. Can also drill so deep till a lot of stuff stuck & become inflamed, infected, bacteria eats roots...Teeth drop. No dentist will tell you since it's their rice bowl.

Profesdional Dental mirror & those stainless dental picks or scrapper. Bottom easy but top hard. Is if someone can assist top, can see those white stuff & scrap out. Now I sourcing for overhead mirror & can lie down & do the top by myself.
Maybe waterpik pick can be like the dentist drill but I use the manual type.

He does complain that he chews mainly on his back teeth, that's why got mild crack on molar tooth that needs crowning.

Anyway, checking if his Enhanced Incomeshield Basic under NTUC will cover or not.
