what u all think of that area, and redhill etc and ghim moh? i feel the whole area a lot of potential but it's more dead than anything

at least u see ubi/macpherson the old people estate getting revitalized

i feel all these area. is it more stable or more depressing than young estate with young singles, couples?

i feel more lao lang also good in some way but i think everyone prefers a mix

young estates like sengkang punggol i dont like also, apart from it not being central, is that too many young people
